Non-Stick SheetsThe TSM Non-Stick Sheets do not come with the dehydrator. I recommend purchasing one non-stick sheet for each tray. They are re-usable and will last a long time. They are good for making fruit leathers. They make it easy to flip your food half-way through for even drying. They are also recommended to use with foods with high water content so the juice doesn't drip down and make a mess.
